1999 DF 140 EFI, Shuts off

I have got a 1999 DF 140 EFI that had been running great until a couple of days ago. Now it shuts off just like you had turned the key off. This happens at idle as well as when you are up and running and can be worse when giving it throttle from say 3000 rpm and up. Most of the time all of the warning idicators are lit after it has shut down and the buzzer is going off. The motor will start back up from the ignition switch being in the run position, you DO NOT have to cycle back to stop and then to start to crank it back up.

Any suggestions would be greatly apprieciated!
