think about it, how many hours a year would you run a motor?
compare that to what you have here.

how did you come up with that hr reading?
if it was the tach, are you sure that tach was hooked to that motor the whole time it was counting up the hours?
could be a used tach that was hooked to a different motor

Picture shows an hour meter on the dash. One owner garage kept. $4200. I do not know a lot about boats. Thanks for any advice you can give. Hours seem high to me.

60 hours a year is a little more than 1 hour per weekend per year of run time if it is in a place that can boat all year
does not sound like much to me
