I have a 1999 Evinrude 115 Ficht motor, and I am having issues purging the air in the oil lines. I am using the Evinrude diagnostic software to trigger the oil injector, and it clicks but won't let any oil through. I have verified the oil pressure all the way up to the inlet to the injector. I have also bypassed the oil lift pump to see if it was restricting the oil flow. During the attempts to purge/prime I have triggered the oil injector while pumping the oil line bulb and restricting the oil return line. I have replaced the oil injector with a new one also. I have the specific services manual for the motor and I have followed all of the suggested steps for troubleshooting with no luck. I have also verified that all of the oil/vacuum lines are connected correctly. The motor will start and idle fine, but there is no oil flow, so I haven't ran it for more than a 10-20 seconds since rebuild. If anybody has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the check valve from lift pump to injector is installed correctly and make sure pressure regulator installed with arrow toward return
