The specs call for 87 octane however i have heard that higher octane is not a bad idea.<br /><br />Whats the scoop, I have also heard this argument in automotive engines, and hear higher than recomended octane can ring valves etc.<br /><br />I would like to know what your thoughts are as this engine proably has more in common with auto than 2strokes.<br /><br />Fuel will all be purchased at reputable automobile stations (not Dockside)
