Are you sure that is an R not a P. I can't find that model I found a E225FPXEE and that comes up as a FICHT model. If it is a FICHT there are no pros just a lot of cons. If you buy it and it runs you have to think of it as a disposable motor as there is no factory support for the FICHT system. Or buy it and part it out , Because that is the motor that put OMC into bankruptcy. The FICHTS were had horrendous reliability issues especially the V6s. There are a lot of better motors out there I would steer clear of those. JMHO
