I have a 1999 force outboard 90 horse. I turn the key and the starter has power, cranks the fly wheel but their isnt a spark. When i disconnect the yellow and black wire from the power pack, the engine starts without an issue. I ran a few tests and believe the problem is back at my ignition switch. My current ignition switch has 10 wires coming out of it. 4 of the wires go to the dash and the remainder 6 go back to the engine. The ignition switches that I have found only have 6 wires coming out. If I purchase the new switch, will the color of the wires on the new switch match up with the current wires of my boat so I can splice them together??
