Derated throttle mostly when cold but it cuts back at times when wot . bad optimus battery fried voltage reglator stator just replaced and the trigger. Used coil packs all six ,new switch boxes today and when I checked Tps after setting there is a dead spot between 3.90 and 4.00 is this normal or is this my low rpm problem when cold and some times when hot I take off with it boat raises up to get on plane and won't rev over 2500 to 3000 rpm put it in neutral and rev Engine and some times it will take off and sometimes not after doing this a few times when it does take off runs fine sometimes runing wot it will studder like you cut the key and turned it back on but never shut down cold it does run a little ruff when checking rpm on plugs bottom two read with tack on the boat center two are almost double and top are higher than tack on boat as well with occasional reading of dash tack thanks if anyone could give any feedback it woul be 
I am using a mac volt ohm meter with rpm hook up digital I set tps at .250 and wot was 7.46. When moving throttle all looks good till I get to 3.90. To 4.10 in between my meter reads off then goes to 4.slowly moving back and it reads at times going slowly up and same again
