1st time putting new heads on a 115hp outboard any suggestions

I am putting heads on my 1979 evinrude 115hp outboard:eek: any was wondering if anyone can give me some pointers? like head bolt torqure to? and how to clean old gasket off of block? any help would be great! thanks Capt.Scott
