In most cases, all you have to do it check the fluids, charge the battery, clean the connections, and tighten the wingnuts with a pliers (a protective coating on the posts is a really good idea).
Top off the fuel tank with fresh fuel.
Air-up the trailer tires, check the lugnuts, test the lights.
Test the boat systems and lights, check your fire extinguisher.
Check the PFDs and other emergency equipment.
Prime-up the motors with fuel and check for fuel leaks.
Then go have fun.

Expect the motors to be hard to start and smoke profusely at first. That'lll clear in a few minutes of running. Make sure the water pumps are working.

Oh yeah, and don't forget to put the plug in the boat. ;)

I've got a F150 also and brought it out of hibernation twice so far.

WillyB has given you many good pointers.

The only thing I will add is to tilt the motor up, and take the plugs out. Pour a little Marvel Mystery Oil into each cylinder and let sit a few hours before starting. With the plugs out you can turn the prop by hand a few times so that the oil coats the cylinder walls. This has good promise of disolving small amounts of corrosion that may have developed during storage.

I usually take a look at the plugs after burning off the fogging oil - replace if needed.

4-strokes do a thorough job of burning oil. If you happen to run pre-mix thru one, it probably won't smoke. It takes a lot of oil for them to smoke. Some dealers use premix for winterizing. It's not the best way, but when you have tons of winterizing and little time, you use effective shortcuts wherever possible.

actually most the EFI stren drives use a very heavy mix of stabilizer and TCW-# oil for a fogging mix as most MPI motors dont like liquids in the intake track. in fact some designs can lead to hydrualic lock and bent conncting rods.
if properly winterized the F150 wont require much in the way of recommissioning.
fill the VST with fuel and cycle they key switch a few times to purge any air from the fuel rail.
if properly winterized no need to reoil the cylinders.
I use a product called crankcase stor-n-start in the oil at witerizing. the key is to do the battery/electricals, fill the vst and cycle the system before cranking to insure a rapid start so oil flows promptly.

I would suggest that you take the spark plugs out check HT leads fuel line. Charge the battery.
If nessessary do a drop test. I don't mean literally now I mean use a high rate discharge tester on the battery to check it's condition. put fresh fuel in and change the oil. Rotate prop make sure that the engine turns over smoothly the fill a bin up with water and start the engine

I'd add grease the trailer wheel bearings.
