well i looking for where i can find the serial number for my bridgport the plate is gone. i herd that it was on the split under the linkage but it is not there either just a Z U O down the side of the split on the power head side. i do belive that the year is 88,89 i did find some numbers under the right head stamped into the block they are 858 on top and JG 9424C on bottom what are they? can you help
