Are the 2.5L and 3.0L blocks the same? I have found an older model engine complete I can buy for $150, it came out of a early to mid 70's boat. I evidently have a bad block, water in the oil, no water in cylinders, just crankcase, head checked good. Machine shop manifluxed the head and no cracks showed up. He couldn't pressure test the head due to not having the correct plate.<br /><br />Thanks,<br />Delos
