ok so i can see that i need to get behind the engine mount on the front, after searching this forum for an hour i came up with something about removing a spacer on one side to get the belt behind. Well mine does not look like it has any spacer. So i am going to assume this is the procedure:
1. support engine with 2x4
2. Remove tilt lock nut/bushings and 2 bolts on the bottom of the big tilt screw
3. lower the trim/tilt all the way down
4. remove bracket
5. install belt
6. put back together.
If anyone has anything to make it easier please feel let me know.
