we fixed the return spring but it wont start it pulls and returns ,fuels getting to the carb we took the plug out tested it and it sparks but when inthe engine it wont start any one know whats wrong?
Yup.<br /><br />You haven't done the troubleshooting described in "Outboard wont start" in the Engine FAQ section.<br /><br />Please tell us what you find, and good luck.
Couldn't get my 3.5hp started last week. Took carb apart and cleaned it up with carb cleaner and put carb back together. Started right up and runs great.
