2.5l speedo not working after impeller change

It's not a big deal, but wondering if something got disconnect when I did the impeller change. Alpha1 Gen 1

Watched some youtube videos about there being a plugged hole on the drive but don't see a hole on mine.

My fish finder has the speed on it so no biggie but curious.

Ayuh,..... The Alpha 1 doesn't have a pitot tube, so 1 has nothing to do with the other,.....

Ok thanks so maybe just a lose wire.

The speedo would need to be a little angled thing coming off the transom and down enough to get into the flow of water under the hull. They have a hose that goes to the gauge. Not a big deal since they are not very accurate but I like stuff to "work" on my toys so would try to fix.

Ha, found it, Thanks I assumed it was from an old fish finder so I forgot I manually tilted it up before the last trip. Didn't realize that was for the speed
