Trying to get the old dog to run right but have been pleagued by the same problem for the past two years. After engine is at temp and I shutdown and restart, the engine cuts out like its not getting enough fuel. Only by pumping the accelartor will the engine finally come back to life and smooth out. Adjusted to float to make sure I was getting enough fuel in the boal, but still the same old problem. I suspect that I have a vapor lock condition going but do not know what to do with it... Any suggestions would be great.

Engine is a Mercruiser model 470, 170hp.
