What size are the o-rings in the coupler to the motor? Mine are leaking tried taking them out and they fell apart. So now I have no idea what size they were.

Is there a relief valve somewhere in the tank ? If so where at I'd like to check it before running it very much.

Don't know about a relief valve?
But, use BRP orings, not Sierra. The sierra's are larger, and if you're just squeezing 'em into the hole, you can't get 'em seated (Unless you remove the plungers, etc. Brp ones fit in fine, and won't leak. Good luck!

What is Brp? Where do you get them? I was just going to get the right size at the hardware store.

It is a standard Nitrile dash-107 o-ring. 7/32" x 13/32" x 3/32"

There is a spring-loaded relief valve on the top section which bolts onto the tank. You'd have to remove the top to service it. It is under the diaphragm. You can see the opening in the side of the top. You will also see a dime-sized opening on the underside of the top - looks like rubber. It's actually the diaphragm you're seeing. Unless you plan on replacing the diaphragm, I wouldn't monkey with it. If the tank holds pressure and the primer button works, I wouldn't worry about it.
