1981, 4cly. mariner outboard. some one else tore down starter,starter has 2 lugs one at top side & 1 on other side bottom. top lug has large black wire that was left on, does this wire loop down 2 bottom lug? wire looks like it may. does any one have digram 2 help wire this back up, hate 2 blow new power pack.thanks,sam
