Just replaced the optical sensor and base, they got melted when my rectifier/regulator burnt up, how easy should that base rotate, it moves smoothly but seems kinda snug, and the spring doesn't quite pull it as far as it could go in that direction, question 2, the bolt for the timing wheel, how tight must that be, can only get it as tight as motor allows before turning over.
