That's one way to solve the problem, but probably not the best. I would think that you could Google "UK boat propeller sales" or something like that and probably find a prop for this engine.
Many of the islands in the Caribbean were settled by the British, and to this day they even drive on the left side of the road. From my aviation experience, I've noticed that many British aircraft engines spin in the opposite direction. I suspect that over the years, many boats were built with British reverse-rotation engines and as such the people down there are used to this. To serve this customer base, Yamaha built a reverse rotation engine.
-It occurs to me from model airplane experience that 2 stroke engines can operate in either direction. In order to make this engine spin the more normal "clockwise" direction, one need only reverse the wires on the starter motor. You'll probably have to adjust your ignition timing a bit as well. You might try this and see what happens. If it works, you can just install a regular prop and enjoy.
