Thanks for taking a look at my post, looking for some help with this motor. The motor is the VX200TLRY that seems to be running with very low fuel pressure from the 3 pulse pumps causing it to die after idling for a while. I put a guage on them last weekend and found that they are only putting out about 2 PSI, my two mercury's with 1 pulse pump run between 5 and 9 psi. I've checked all of the fuel lines and tried to isolate each pump but wasn't successful there but am wondering where I should look to improve the pressure. Replaced all of the fuel pumps about two years ago and all new tubing, replaced the fuel filter element and the one way valve after the filter. Any idea's on what to do next? I was going to set up an external fuel source to eliminate the tank as the issue but I'm struggling with identifying the problem.

Thanks for the time and advice.

that engine is tough on fuel pumps, it also had a check valve between the engine filter and the lower pump intake.
if its still there remove it,unscrew it dump the guts and reinstall it.
you either have a dead pump or a fuel restriction.
you should see close to 6 psi.

Thanks for the input Rodbolt, any ideas on the best way to check which fuel pump may be the issue, after I remove the guts of the one way valve?

Thanks again for the ideas,
Steve
