2000 225 ficht max WOT RPM?

This is kind of a motor/prop question, i'm looking for a new prop, i know boat size/bracket stuff like will mater but what is the max rpm the motor is rated at? i asked a dealer they told me 6000 but that sounded a little high.<br /><br />Thanks<br />Chris

Too high? Nope. The dealer -- and Walleyehed (in your other post) -- are right. 6000 rpm for a 2 stroke needle bearing / ball bearing motor is nothing.

so 6000 is where i need to be at when trying out props?
