Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum and appreciate any help you can offer. I have a 2000 Carver 350 Mariner and during a recent oil change my idler pulley on the port side engine blew off. Bearings were all over the bilge. Anyhow one would think I could find this part easily but nobody can ID my engine nor is there a 2 groove pulley of the specs I need. I posted a couple pictures of the starboard pulley in my idea book. I am mechanically inclined somewhat but not enough to rig something up that dimensionally might work. Thanks in advance. Oh and yes I have tried the VP dealers in the Seattle area and they are stuck....or they never get back to you...lol

most likely the bearing is a standard 6000 series. get a new bearing and press it in. if you can there should be numbers on the edge of the bearing... something like 6002 RZZ or similar.

you can look your parts up on volvopentastore.com

Look at the charcoal motors ( jv )

They went red in 2000. That was the first place i looked because he said it was a 2000 and then went to the gray ones. In 2000 they went to the idler type for serpentine belts i believe.
