On the subject of finding a wire tow harness for my Dodge 2000 Durango I am looking for a front upper, the small upper bumper bar, just below the headlights becuase it is rusting on the outer corners and peeling the paint away. Basically, I am looking for a replacement bumper that is the same colr as my vehicle. The color code of my vehicle is PRF or Driftwood Satin. Do you know where I can buy and get a good deal, cheaply on a upper front bumper for a 2000 Dodge Durango. Please provide a link so I can see what and how much it is. I asked the body shop and they want 200 to 300 dollars to strip and paint it. Can I buy one already painted to my vehicles color. Again, the paint code is "PRF. Thanks, Bob:confused:

Bob, I used to be fairly certain that all those upper bumper bars came painted black. I didn't think there was a body color option on those.
Keystone Automotive is a good aftermarket source for all crash parts. If it comes painted body color, they will have it:

I think ebay has lots of bumper covers and I believe many are available pre-painted.

After I was backed in to in a parking lot I had to get a new cover and it came black and the body shop had to paint it. That was a 99 SLT 5.9L

blu and ez, he has the 2 or three piece front bumper. It is NOT just a cover like you guys are talking about. His bumper has a metal bumper, that is painted black, then has an upper and lower plastic cover attached to it. As I said above, I am not aware that Dodge painted those particular steel bumpers the same color as the truck. When they wanted an all body color bumper, they went with a full plastic cover, like what blu describes. And those have to be painted, as stated above.
