I have had this boat for 2 years no issues. Low hrs etc. Last year, my mother got sick in late July and i did not use it from then until late May of this year. Before cranking, sucked all fuel out of it, replaced and indexed plugs with new Champion plugs, and did the fuel filters on it (one on motor and water separator in hull). Took it out the the first time, saw the water, and realized an axle was bad on the trailer and never unloaded boat. Towed boat home on its trailer on my flatbed trailer. New axle, hubs, springs, bolsters with brackets, jack, spare, and bimini top and finally ready to see the water.

Finally, to the issue that appeared when i did make it to the water. Boat cranks and idles fine.We always fast idle out in gear from the dock to warm up some. When throttling up, it bogs and will not plane. I can pump the bulb a few times, try it and it does like its supposed too. May have to repeat the pumping of fuel bulb 3 or 4 times before issue resolves. Once it does accelerate fine , it will do so all day. Can Cut boat off, swim. fish, tow tube fine for the rest of the day. Its just first thing. I can only feel it on water, not in shop.

Never a warning light. I have been researching software as I can not find a reputable shop nearby willing to read it. They all want to sell a new motor.

Researching for days, I have checked fuel psi tonight with a bosch fuel tester at high psi pump shrader valve. 26 psi koeo. 24 running no load. Stays 22 or above when revved up no load. It seems to hold its psi when turned off for a couple minutes. The high psi pump does its 10 second prime when key turned on. I Have not checked low psi pump yet as I need to go back and figure a way for that. I have a 30/30 gauge i used to use for diesel tests in excavators that should be able to tee in somewhere but promised the family we would go see fireworks tonight. I do suspect low psi pump. There was no fuel in the pulse lines when bulb pumped. EMM cooling lines are clear.

I also found mention of the screens in the high psi pump but have not located those yet.

If anyone has an idea, I am game. I just don't want it to break down or kill it. The only thing i have an idea to replace is the low psi kit if it fails tomorrow evening. If anyone agrees and has any pointers on replacing, i am all ears. I would like to see a few of the sensor values if i find some software.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Rebuild the lift pump if you can find the kits as they are getting scarce....
