I recently bought this motor and put it on my pontoon and it runs great. was reading about it and seen that it has an electric primer system? does this mean I don't need a manual primer bulb? if no how does the electric primer work?

The primer system replaces the old style choke on the carbs it does not replace the primer bulb in the fuel line you still need to pump that. Here is how it works, When you push the key in when you are starting the motor it opens a valve in the primer. When the motor is turning over and the valve is open the fuel pump pushes a stream of gas through the valve into the base of each carb to allow for easier starting.
