Does anyone know what colors the 2000 Rinker Captiva 192 came in?

I have one that looks to be burgundy and I'm replacing the gel line pinstripe but want to make sure I'm ordering the right color.

I found these, the burgundy version is darker but it's too close to call of what my boat is and what I'm seeing on the screen.

Rinker 218720 Burgundy
Rinker 2264-347 Geranium

Here is a pic but it's hard to tell from it other than it's a type of red :)

You might reach out to Rinker customer service. Just realize that the color has probably changed over time.

I emailed them regarding vinyl colors and they said their records don't go back that far. Pretty silly.

Spectrum Gelcoat has an extensive line of gel coat colors. I'm still looking for a PDF copy of their catalogue. Call them with your boat info. They should be able to give you their p/n. They are wholesale only, but iBoats is a good retailer. They matched my 22 yr. old color perfectly.

Lol yeah gallon is a bit much to do some touch ups, local place does custom color quart for about $35

Tell me. I had a run in with a Miss. river nun channel marker. The marker won. So I had some serious, localized damage. The local glass shop was at $2500 verbally, and rising for this and a couple old guffs. So I undertook the job myself. First attempt at this, but I'll learn anything to save $$. Now I have a mostly full can of gel coat in the refridge to extend it's very short shelf life. But even with that pricey leftover, I got the job done for less than $500 in materials.

The following link was a gold mine for a noob like me. Pay attention to the term "surfacing wax" http://www.bertram31.com/proj/tips/re-gelcoating.htm

BTW. I used 6" Mirka Abralon foam backed wet/dry sanding discs. They come in 180 - 4000 grit. here is a link to a variety pack, which is enough for a small job. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Mirka-Abral...sAAOSwSj9bhiR7

I stopped sanding at 3000 grit, and buffed with 3M Perfect It Machine Polish. Factory mold shine.
