20001 Bayliner 2150 BX gauges

I have a 2001 Bayliner that has the VDO gauge set. They worked fine last year but after getting the boat ready this year the LDC reads Prog. and none of the gauges work. If i turn the key on then back off the gauges spike a bit. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ground wire. Check the connections at your fuse panel, chances are good that the connection on the ground bus bar just needs to be tightened or cleaned. Same thing happened with my 2005 last year.
