2001 15 hp Evinrude only runs 2 hours

I have a 2001 15 HP evinrude 4 stroke outboard.
Replaced fuel pump. Now it runs fine for about 2 hours (trolling about 2 mph), then loses power and throttle response but still idles and starts. Next day no problems until 2 hours, then same problem.

Anyone else ever seen this and know what causes it ?

Maybe gas tank building up vacuum. When it does it try removing the gas cap and see what happens.

Fuel Bulb Seems Fine
I'll Try The Gas Cap Trick Next Time Out.
Just Replaced The Power Pack ($343 Part - Ouch) But Haven't Had A Chance To Test Impact. Will Get A Test In As Soon As The Wind Dies
Down On Lake Erie.
