2001 200 Mercury 2 stroke Fuse location

I've read there's a fuse under the engine cowling.
I can't find it. Please help

???The batteries are charged. I cleaned all the connections. I changed the water pressure Guage the day before. Now when I turn the key there's not even a beep beep before I turn the key the whole way. The power tilt doesn't work either when I flip the switch on the throttle or engine.?
There's power going back to the engine but no start or tilt.

Is there a fuse to the egnition? I checked every fuse I could find.

starboard side by tha regulators you will see a harness with several "red" wires going inta what looks like a relay... pull tha cap of of it...
