I actually have 2 question, 1. I recently puchased a replacement prop from iboats, this intruction indicated that the thrust washers taper towards the prop but when I removed the old prop the washer faces the other way.I believe the shaft is tapered, so you can't turn it around.2. I can't believe they would put a plastic prop shaft nut on. There is no way to torque to 30ftlbs.
