My motor won't try to to turn over like it is stuck in gear or the kill switch is not in. I used the boat this morning let it sit for 2 hours now it wont do anything. The. Battery is charged and I disconnected the cables and re connected this usually fixes the issue but not this time. Is there a fuse that I'm over looking or some type of safety switch that was tripped? Any info will help thank you

Little update , I hooked a battery charger directly to the starter and it engaged but only turned the fly wheel about 3/4 of the way around and just got stuck. So does this mean the starter is bad or could I have an ignition problem, it still makes no sound or movement when you turn the key. But the display works when it is in the "on" position

the battery charger will not have anough current output to start the motor, there is a couple of simple things to try first, remove the battery termnals and clean them (just to be sure) when you turn the key, jiggle the gear lever back and forth to make sure the start in gear switch is not stuck, try turning the flywheel by hand to make sure it is not seized, do the easy stuff before you start any major surgery.

I just replaced the battery terminals because they were corroded, I tried to turn the fly wheel and moved freely. I'm going to go buy a volt meter to make sure juice is getting to the starter. I'm out of town for spring break and have no tools blah.
