There is a Cobalt 226 just sitting in my storage going to waste. It hasn’t been licensed in my state since 2012. The storage manager says that “she just keeps on paying”. It literally hasn’t been moved in several years. It’s weathered really bad. I’m looking into buying it.

Does anyone know if I can find out the details on the boat based on the VIN? There is a sticker on the rear starboard corner with US GE62009F102.

this boat has a Volvo Penta dual prop. I’d like to know what motor this boat came with from the factory. Any ideas?

Ask if you can look in the engine compartment. If the engine & drive arent shot from sitting all that time, winterized properly & you can get it for a decent price, grab it. They are damn good boats. You may have found a diamond in the rough.
