2001 DT140 No Spark

I have a brand new, never been started 2001 DT140 EFI that won't start. It has gas in the fuel filter and the compression sounds good. The motor cranks fine and sound like it should start. It has a spark on plug #1, but none on #2, 3 or 4. I had a 1994 DT85 on the boat previously and I used the control box and wiring harness from it on the DT140.

Anyone have a ideas? Thanks in advance for your replies.
