Like the title says. It only runs when fully choked. It runs fine on the water tho. It doesn't fowl the plugs or go through gas. I've gone through the carb twice. Fuel system checks out. How much spark should I have? I just had a post regarding my 35 horse main. The problem with that one was a bad coil. Not that having to run this motor on full choke is causing an issue since it's my kicker only and seems to run fine. Just curious.
