2001 johnson does not shut off when the ign key is turned off..

hi Everybody,
I have a2001 larson With johnson 150 on it. Whe i purchased the boat Gauges did not operate and i send the m to faria for warranty work. I recieved them and after i hook everything up... Which i am %100 sure everthing hooked right.. ( i took pics of the wires how where they connect to gauges, Took notes ect.) I crank the motor up.. it started right away my Trim, Tach, Volt meter works now except the fuel gauge which i believe it tis the sender.. But then i Turn the ign switch off.. Engine keeps runing.. Power to my gauges goes off but motor keeps runing .. I ended up using the mergency shut off switch( I am not sure if it is the right term .. ) which is on the remote control panel with w red cord attached to it. My question is what might have caused this? Ign. Switch used to work fine before i took the gauges out... I am open to any advise to help me pin point the problem.

Had the same problem with mine, it is a yellow wire in the loom, somewhere it isn't connected.

Mine turned out to be at the big red plug under the cowling but it is certainly somewhere in the yellow wire.
