Ordered a new bimini top for my boat. It had a convertible top which I really don't care for plus it was showing wear. The old top mounted to the front top of the windshield then on both sides near the end of the windshield with brackets. I was wanting to use the mount holes on the side upr window frame just like the old convertible top did. However I am afraid it may put to much stress on the window. Am I overthinking this? Then my next concern was buying new brackets and mounting somewhere and then the brackets are in the way when I want to snap my travel cover on. Any suggestions, pictures, links anything would be of great help. I have installed bimini's before but there just doesn't seem like a good place to do the center mount..
