2001 merc 135 optimax

shutting down while running from 4k to wot. restarts immediately runs okay then repeats only sounded horn continuosly once not at all when it does this
now. any suggestions or comments?

Also any info on fuel consumption on a Yamaha 150 with carbs on 2004 model
good price new with 2 year factory warranty possible replacement if I can't fix the opti
