Installing a new power head and can't get the splines to mate, impeller turns when i turn the flywheel power head and if i block of the impeller the shaft still turns with the powerhead(Flywheel). I checked to make sure oi had the correct crank on the new powerhead, this is quite frustrating I can't seem to find a service manual for this particular motor. The motor is in a sugar Sand Tango the serial #0E394489. ANY suggestions would be helpful.
