2001 Mercury 25 hp Bigfoot Prop

I recently purchased a 20ft alum pontoon boat that has a 01 Merc 25 hp 4stroke motor. The owner said he replaced the prop some time ago and it doesn't seem to be the right prop. The rpms are quite low at WOT (haven't hooked up a tach yet), but the rpms do get up at WOT in neutral. Anyone know what prop I should have for this application. Thanks.

We can tell better what you need if you can give us the prop size and the present performance(rpm and speed) number of blades.Prop size may be under the prop nut.
