Looking @ this boat but don"t know how its constructed:
1.Are stringers wood buried in polyester resin?
2.It has twin V 6, is this sufficient
Any info regarding the good or bad is appreciated.

Re: 2001 Regal Commodore 2660

Stringers are wood, but well executed and I have not heard of any problems regarding rot in this vintage Regal.

Twin V6s are ideal and likely the top power package in that boat. I do not think they offered twin 8s, only single 8s, or twin V6s. It will top 50 MPH with twin V6s.

That's a very roomy pocket cruiser. It has a huge mid-berth, if memory serves. The same boat was also sold as a 2765 in later years.
