2001 Suzuki DF 90 warning buzzer

I replaced the water pump and thermostat just because, Now the control box is beeping after warming up at idle speed if i put in gear it will stop? Any ideas Thanks Mike

Which warning light blinking?

None of the warning lights are coming on just the beeping

I found a hole in the oil pan near the wash down inlet when running I can feel hot exaust and water shooting out.Can this be welded or does it need to be replaced?

There is information floating around about this problem, but I can`t find it.
Try search this site for exhaust housing. With out looking at the engine ,I would say remove the powerhead, and inspect the exhaust system, you may be able to weld the hole. There is service bulletin on the upper motor mounts, check these when power head is off. You do have the engine cowlings off right?
