2001 suzuki dt 50

[h20 rescue]

I have a 2001 suzuki dt 50 that runs like a champ for 30-40 minutes, then it will bogg down and loose all power. the temp light comes on but the motor dose not feel hot and there is plenty of water coming out of the stream. I will run it just in gear for about a minute then it works great again for another 30-40 minutes. Sensor maybe???

I was just going to replace the sensors. how would i go about esting them?

It is a DF 50.

Ya I think the DT went away around 88-89 or so. In the 50hp

It is a df 50. Is there a way to test the sensors or is it easyer to just replace them?
