have a 50 hp yamaha made in 2001. tried to hook up the muffs, what ever there called, so i could run it out of water. cannot tell where to put the muffs on at. my manual is a general one and doesnt show my specific motor so i cant tel where to put them on at. i tried to get water to flow by putting them on every possible hole nuk and cranny i found but still wouldnt suck water. i know it works had it running 2 days ago. maybe im stupid but if so tell me and at the same time tell me where to put the muffs. any help is appreciated.
