I bought this roll up a few years ago and it had a seam that had split. I took it to a professional and had it patched. The patch has held for 2 years, however, now the other seam on the exact opposite site is delaminating. The material is in good condition, but it is just separating. I am leary to have it patched because I am afraid it will happen again. Does anyone know if Brig has problems with seams? Is this boat worth anything, the floor is still good, all the floor panels are in good condition and all aluminum joints are there.

Any ideas?

It's normal for any sib to present ungluing problems in minor areas starting + 5 years, other important areas + 10 years, will depend entirely where it was kept/stored indoor/outdoor, if it was correctly inflated, etc. All sib seams comes correctly glued from factory, so this is not an issue. Personally would patch it again, if you are in plain summer, perfect time to ged rid of it, or you will start to have tube problems often in near future. It's not good to own a frequently used pvc sib more than + 10 years and + 20 for hypalon because of un gluing issues & repairing costs, unless you are an expert re gluing again and skin fabric is still in good shape.

Happy Boating
