I need help, been chasing ghosts and hope to find some help here. When I turn the key on it takes about 30 seconds before the fuel pump starts its prime cycle, and now never shuts off and a solid alarm also. I did replace the relay's and have @ 42 PSI at the fuel rail.
Help Please!!!!, thanks, Steve

Somewhere between a failing battery (but not always obvious on an mpi. Enough to turn over quick enough but not to fire the engine is a known issue) and the fuel rail needing bled. Others will tell you it’s self priming...but it’s not always the case at all. If you have changed the fuel filter recently, the chances are you will need to hold in the test bleed nipple on the rail whilst turning the key a few times...until you have zero air in the fuel coming out it.

What is the engine serial number?

You will need to scan the engine for what code is set.
