2002 sea ray converted from 5.0 to 5.7 with issues help

Froze engine in 2002 Sea Ray with Bravo 3 outdrive and replaced with a 5.7 Currently it will idle for 30-90secs fine but if I give it any throttle at all it bogs down and dies Have been told that maybe a ECU issue going from a 5.0 to 5.7. changed all filters, checked fuel pressure, all else is new. been looking for info on getting another ECU but no idea on the part number I need or where to get. any ideas.

What is the fuel pressure?
Have a engine serial number?
Is it EFI or MPI?

If it’s an MPI (only just came into play for the 5.0 in late 2002) then the ecu between the 5.0 and 5.7 (350) mpi are certainly different and can’t be used with one another.

EFI uses a different ECU for 5.0 and 5.7 too.
