I was hoping someone could help me find the part number for the Glazing (rubberized type gasket) that the windshield sits in? I found the company that bought Bonnet out in Gloversville NY and they cant sell me the part unless I have a parts Number,, StarCraft told me they get rid of there records every 7 years,, Does someone happen to have a book and can look the Number up Thank you kindly

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the owner's manual was more of a do this, don't do that type of deal. It's not a parts manual. The engine manual would have some information but what you're looking for isn't in a book.

The company can't get you an idea with a good (high) quality pic with a ruler for frame of reference??

A local dealer may have some catalogs and part numbers. The gasket is probably the same as on a 2018 model except for length. The 2018's look identical to your W/S.

Taylor Made, the current owner, has all kinds of gaskets. It may take disassembly of your windshield to match your gasket to their part number. http://www.taylormarine.com/hardware...yls/index.html

thank you for the info, Taylor Made is the Company in Gloversville NY who said I need a part number or they wont sell without it. I actually have the window apart, I even offered to mail the Gasket in to them to get the correct one, they said they wont do it without the parts number, I am at a loss for what to do next. Thank you

Did you look at the Taylor Made link with the gasket profiles with part numbers?

Older boats, more than a quarter century old, are sometimes hard. But newer boats like yours don't change stuff like W/S gaskets. As I said, your 2002 and the 2018 models have the same W/S.

And welcome aboard - Forgot my manners.

yes I found what to looks to be identical and they still wont ship without a parts number, I measured length, width, height, and took several pics, told them the part on there website that looks like it, they just wont budge... I am on my 11th email to them trying to get the part.... yikes I don't get it...

Go through a dealer and get them to order the rubber.

But for email # 12, link the the page and ask what's wrong with a part number on their own website. And ask if they deal with consumers directly - That may be the hang up.
