Im at a loss please help.
2002 Harris Kayot s240 Volvo Penta 5.0gi only starts with throttle 280hrs new to me...
Rarely would have a cold start then idle and then when I go into gear it dies . Would only start again every time with some forward throttle in neutral.. and on my last run couldn't go past 2500 2700 rpms boggs if i try to WOT.. and this happened after maitnence.... oil pressure and coolant temp reading were good.40 psi and I think 160 temp.

oil filter
fuel filter
new spark plugs
new spark plugs cables
coolant temp sensor
iac valve
map sensor
Tps
All way changed recently before last outing.
No water in fuel filter, also sprayed carb clean through fuelp to clean screen (only screen i know of)....
Also sometimes would revv up on its own and would flick the throttle for it to come down. or cover iac valve air port at the TB.
Yesterday was able to revv to 4k plus in nuetral and in gear out of the water..???
