2002 Volvo Penta 5.7 gsi pefs has code 23 and wont clear?

My 2002 Volvo penta with a 5.7 gsi TBI has code 23 which i believe is intake air temp sensor, but these engines dont have one. It had two codes. 13 and 23. I cleared them and 23 never goes away. Constant beeping while your driving. Runs rough and very little acceleration. Will go to 4000 rpm. Thats it.

3869059 doesn't come up in Volvo's system. Edit: that is a product number, do you have the serial number?

code 13 isn't a valid code for a 5.7GSiPEFS and you're correct that you shouldn't get a code 23 if your engines doesn't have a IAT.

How are you pulling these codes? Is it possible you have the wrong ECM or wire harness.
