2002 Yamaha 115 hp problems

My Yamaha 115 wont start nor will it tilt or trim. I have no power to do either but have power to my live well and aerator and everything on my control panel. Are there any fuses that i dont know about in the motor that i need to replace? Battery is fully charged. Thanks for the help in advance
